Dō In or Self-Massage (It’s pronounced “Doe-een”) with Kim
General exercises designed to improve, maintain, and develop physical health, beauty, mental soundness, and spiritual happiness. They are applied mainly through the hands and fingers and may be called “self-massage,” though the techniques are different from usual massage.
